In the living room, the Design Team opted to bring in entirely new furniture to create a consistently contemporary look. When they started, all surfaces were white - except for the warm and welcoming hardwood floor. When they finished, new dimensions and new drama had been added through confident use of colour, From the top, the ceiling is Summer Harvest CC 190, a pale beige which mirrors the tones of the hardwood floor. Walls are in refreshingly astringent Lemon Grass CC-638, while the punch colour around the fireplace is Radicchio CC-32. All trim is White Dawn, CC-50.  |
