The Contemporary Bold look is consistent throughout the main floor of the Show House. In the background is a more distant view of the living room; in the foreground the dining area, sharing the same palette of Designer Classics colours, and the same floor treatment. The rich dark finish of the oval table, buffet and chairs adds a degree of formality; so too does the modern overhead chandelier. But the boldness of the overall treatment carries through in the intricately coloured place settings, the lead crystal stemware, sterling silver flatware, with shadowboxes on the wall.  |
